Is the setting from season 5's 圣诞节 special in stan's personal heaven?

I just watched the 圣诞节 special of the 5th season on dvd.. stan and the other characters went up to heaven on that episode right?? so is the setting of american dad from that episode until today is in stan's personal heaven?? 或者 did they return to their status quo??
