Will my teeth stay in place without my retainer? I need help majorly ASAP!

Okay, so I went to an 日本动漫 convention from Friday to Sunday, and we stayed and slept in a hotel room. While we were walking around the convention center, I put my retainer in my case and left it inside my case, but it was open. When we came back to the hotel room, it was gone.

We already assumed that maybe the cleaning maid threw it away 由 accident, but we weren't sure. So, we went down to the lobby floor, and we asked them about it, but they had no clue. They assumed that maybe she had put it in the 迷失 and found, when clearly it was my possession, in my case, and in the bathroom. I gave them my number, and they 说 that they would call me if they found it.

Well, the hotel is in Tampa, and I am in North Port, Florida. It is a couple of hours away from me, and I don't think that my mother 或者 father would enjoy driving all the way down to a crowded hotel room to get my retainer.

In about a week 或者 two will be my last trip to the orthodontics; I just got my braces off about a 月 或者 so ago, and I have been good with wearing my retainer since. I've worn it every night, and kept it in my case and in my sights. My mother 说 that if something ever happened to my retainer, that she wouldn't get me a new one. She 说 that she wouldn't even get my teeth repaired.

Now, if the room service maid really did throw my retainer in the garbage, shouldn't they give me money back for throwing away my possession?

And are my teeth going to stay straight without my retainer for a long while, 或者 do I have to go back to the 伦敦 look I had, and lose what I worked a good two and a half tears for? Please someone help me, because I really want to keep my smile... Thank 你 so much, I appreciate it...
