i had a problem a little bit similar to that a while ago. i know it can be really difficult, because it was for me. if your 老友记 are true 老友记 they'll understand and be light on the subject of boyfriends and not keep going on about theirs. 你 could all arrange a girl's night out, say once a week/month, just with 你 and the girls so that 你 can look out for boys to chat to aswell. 你 never know where you'll find your future dude, and sometimes he won't just pop out of nowhere, 你 have to go out and get noticed, and have fun. are there any hobbies 你 could take up, like clubbing 或者 a sport, where there will be boys? 你 could try hanging out at the park 或者 somewhere.
it sounds weird, but it's very likely 你 and your ideal boyfriend will 交叉, 十字架 paths at some point. i never believed this til it happened to me. :)
and check around. does anyone like you? it can be hard to tell. get talking to people and 你 never know what might come up.
so don't worry about being left out. besides, maybe some of your 老友记 arent actually that crazy in 爱情 with theyre boyfriends, they've just gone out with someone they sortof like and who sortof likes them, just for a laugh.

Sola y Loca is the way... for some people. 你 may not ever find someone who 你 like enough to date. All people have different ways. Find out if someone likes you, try to like them back, and then become close enough to ask out. *grin*
