The Amazing Escapades of Rosie and Nicholas: Dream On Part 3

Rosie was already awake 由 the time everyone reached Brighton in the late afternoon. "Did 你 have a good nap, love?" Asked Nicholas. "Oh, yes. I did." Replied a smiling Rosie. Soon, the group made it to their hotel, which is the 4-star Tranquil Waterfront Hotel. Rosie, Nicholas, Timothy, the Geordie twins, and Nicholas' mother waited inside the lobby while Nicholas' father looked for a slot in the basement parking. The lobby has a homey atmosphere with plenty of couches, a carpeted floor, and a sun roof. The restaurant was located there, too. After Nicholas' parents completed the check-in process, the group proceeded to their room in the third floor. The room is a junior suite with two 皇后乐队 size beds, a flat screen television, a couch, a 台, 办公桌 with a swivel chair, and a view of the seaside. Rosie commented, "Wow! This room is perfect for us!" Nicholas added, "It certainly is, love! It's very cozy, too." Timothy seemed to agree as he playfully circled around the room. Nicholas' father then said, "This is not all! We also have free breakfast in the restaurant and tickets for the bus tour around the city and its surrounding areas." "Splendid!" Exclaimed Scruffy. "I can't wait to explore this place!" Added Buzzy. Since it was already getting dark, the group decided to eat 晚餐 and come back early to recharge themselves for the 下一个 day. They went outside through the back exit and found an Italian restaurant just across the hotel. This area is part of a 流行的 shopping district known as The Lanes. Everyone had a scrumptious 比萨, 比萨饼 and 意大利面 dinner, and they even ordered 提拉米苏 with gelato for dessert. Afterwards, the group returned to their room and unpacked their stuff. Nicholas' father placed the inflatable 海豚 near the 长椅, 沙发 and inflated the swim rings and 海滩 ball. They then rested after the two-hour car trip. Rosie and Nicholas slept on one bed, while Nicholas' parents slept on the other. The Geordie twins and Timothy slept on the couch.

80smusiclover1 The Tranquil Waterfront Hotel is actually based on a real hotel that I've visited while I was in Brighton. The name of the hotel is Jurys Inn Waterfront.

Rubyrings You knew the hotel so well, I wasn't surprised to hear it was based on a real place. You're so lucky to have actually travelled to all these places you write about. When I write my fanfictions, I have to just imagine what the places are like!
