I think that Pam has stronger feelings for Jim now, maybe even more than what he feels for her. Jim was the one who was slowly trying to move on and after Pam made the declaration, it still seemed like Jim was going to stay with Karen. I think it all changed when he saw the note, he was probably thinking about Pam but the note made him realize that he still wanted to be with her. Pam got really hung up on him in season 3 though and I'm glad because she needed to know how much Jim suffered when she rejected him...twice.

I agree. I don't think that Jim would have tried again so I think that she would have just watched him with other girl, however, Pam would not have not done it (if that makes sence). That was part of her deciding to stand up for herself and get what she wants.

I think she would have moved on, slowly... very slowly. But she'd never have been as happy with someone else as she will be with Jim.
