I am often starting to be a 粉丝 of something but If 你 are 粉丝 of somebody/something there can always be a situation when 你 will want to stop it. Lets be honest. It often happens with me and I am sure a lot of people have had situation like that 或者 something simmilar. But then 你 start to feel distracted. 你 don't know what to start with. Maybe 你 are even afraid of, for exmple, how others would take it. But don't worry. Here are a short guide that will help 你 to stop being a 粉丝 easy and fast.
Step 1. Understanding.
So 你 just understood that 你 don't like this thing anymore? Lets think about it. Do 你 really want to stop? Won't 你 feel bad after it. Actually it is just theorical part of stopping being a 粉丝 but it is important. 你 don't want to throw all your merchandise out and then cry and shout "I want it all back. I still 爱情 it." Think twice before doing 下一个 steps.
Step 2. Big trashcan.
It is the most important and a quite symbolic step. 你 take everything off. All the posters, all little 粉丝 things 你 have around you. Take everything away. It has symbolic meaning. Getting rid of obsession, of being a fan. Then throw everything out. EVERYTHING. Rip all the printouts, old posters. Get rid of all that. 你 are starting a new life. Congratulate yourself.
Step 3. Things that are worth money.
Probably 你 have something like CD's, DVD's, books, T-shirts, cups etc. Things that 你 have paid a money for and they are still worth it. 你 can throw them out of course but better idea is to just sell them. Maybe someone who is a 粉丝 of a thing 你 are stopping to be a 粉丝 of will buy them. Things are used so 你 won't probably sell them for the same price 你 bought them but anyway... Maybe your cousin likes them? Give them to him. Also 你 can donate things if 你 want. Poor people will be happy about almost new T-shirts even with 你 ex-idol pic on them.
Step 4. Digital cleaning.
Take your phone, tablet, computer and other devices and 删除 everything like 音乐 files, pics. It also may have symbolic meaning and 你 will get a lot of free 太空 in your computers memory. Clean all 你 social networks profiles. Maybe 你 have 脸谱 banner with your ex-idols pic. Change it! Unfollow it. Unsubscribe channels in youtube. 删除 thematic boards in pinterest. Stop being a 粉丝 of 俱乐部 in 潮流粉丝俱乐部 and other fanclubs.
Step 5. Let the world know it.
Stopped being a 粉丝 of Justin Bieber but some months later your godmother gives 你 a cup with his pic on it for christmas, thinking that 你 still like him? Don't let it happen. Tell everybody that 你 are stopping being a fan. Write an arcticle in internet like I did. Tell it to your family and friends. Let them know.
Step 6. Start a new life.
Its the best part. 你 can find a new thing to be a 粉丝 of. 你 can simply enjoy your freedom :) Remember, stopping being a 粉丝 is good thing and 你 don't have to be ashamed because it oppens 你 to new opportunities, new things to like. Just be happy and proud of yourself about liking what 你 like and disliking what 你 dislike and if somebody says things like "How could 你 stop being his fan?I hate 你 for it. 你 ruined our friendship." Remember that 你 can do whatever 你 want and its your life no matter what others say.
