Eyyy nice! Honestly all I was aiming for last 月 were "non-zero days" - doing SOMETHING useful (even just chores, 或者 an 小时 或者 work, 或者 having a nice long chat with friends) rather than nothing. And once one gets that under control, ya just build on it
