Are there ANY 食物 challenges 你 would like/want to take on?

In my case the one type of 食物 challenges I want to take on are HOT, SPICY 食物 challenges as I ENJOY/LOVE hot, spicy foods and 总体, 整体 considered myself to be a bona-fide chilehead. At the same time I gotta have AND need my spice in my life
