What should I say if my friend says she's pregnant?

My friend has been feeling sick and had to puke after she ate 餐车, 晚餐, 小餐馆或者 lunch etc. and she wants to go to the doc to check out if she's pregnant. In case she is, and kind of needs help, confort 或者 so,how should I help her.

mmm. then 你 should probably tell her that she is fine... and everything will be fine. Just don't make any promises. Promises are best never made because they are almost never kept. Lend her your support and don't offend her.
