Playing in the dark make 你 jump out of your skin! >.<

for movies, i'd suggest The Grudge 或者 The Ring... that is if 你 want a movie without a happy ending. Try IT 或者 Rose Red if 你 want one of those. They are a bit longer though.

As for games, try Dead Space, it's a pretty damn good scary game.
