Why is my stepdad so mean to me

My real father left me when I was a baby. Ever since then, my twin sister and I have been raised 由 our mother and other family members. I've always been a kinda problematic child, getting angry easily because I was bullied, and becoming depressed and scratching my skin until it bled.
When I was 7, my mother introduced him to my sister and me. He was nice, and we went out to eat, and he 说 how he wanted to our father and stuff, and I was was like, alright sure. I turned 8, he moved in with us. He would tell my sister and me about himself, so we got to know him more. And at school, I was still bullied, and I hurt myself. I moved to a different school, and I think that was around the time he became a total ass.
Later on when I was 9, he and my mother announced I would have a new sibling. We moved out. Things got worse. He would call me and my sister names, call us crazy, say we had problems, take away our things... He wouldn't let me watch TV for a year, so I started to take my mom's phone and computer to get my mind off of it and just became a person who was always in their room. I hurt myself more, and had thoughts of killing myself when I was 10 because all that verbal abuse was getting to me. Now I'm 12, we live away from him. He visits on weekends, still calls me crazy. 说 he would change, but eventually, he was still hurting my sister and me. Now he says he doesn't want me near my little sister who is almost 3, because I had problems. Last 月 he hit me.

now, if its spanking thats not the same. because, thats not illegal to spank a child, unless it leaves a mark.

and make sure youre honest, this is a serious thing, 你 have to be 100 percent sure that him taking away your tv, 或者 yelling at you, isnt what other fathers do as well.

because trust me, i have had a drunk, motherless, abusive father, and yours sounds like paradise to be honest.

but, i respect your problems, 你 still have these situations that 你 can solve 由 going to the police, child services and just telling them.
