Total shit, especially if if they put 你 through a fucking divorce and have a custody war. And its worse when one of them is lying through the whole fucking thing giving 你 panic attacks. (I take it from personal reference)

Overbearing and downright hateful sometimes, but occasionally caring and with (mostly) good intentions at heart.

I think that's the best way I could put it. My parents are so contradictory it's nuts. One minute, they'll be calling me "ungrateful brat" 或者 "bitch", and the 下一个 they'll be buying me 晚餐 from my 最喜爱的 restaurant. I 爱情 them because I feel as though I owe it to them. They raised me, they keep a roof over my head.

Stupid. I don't need some stupid imperfect humans "teaching" me things, I can learn and think for MYSELF, u know.

They act as if they're perfect but I know they aren't. They're just as imperfect as the rest of us, and being "parents" don't make u better than ur kids.

The ones who are supposed to keep the monsters away from 你 at night, protect you, and 爱情 you. They are supposed to be your living guardian angels, and if they can't make 你 feel safe, loved, 或者 accepted, they aren't parents.

They are your enemy at times, they are the bane of your existence but they also brought 你 here, if they can't forgive your minor mishaps they aren't parents.

A parent is someone 你 feel 安全 with, whether they gave birth to you, whether they are simply blood related, 或者 just someone 你 can feel 安全 with, who 你 know has your back. If they can't at least do these simple things, they aren't parents.

The two people who 爱情 你 most in the entire universe but they can still be totally and completely Over Protective,Unfair and Embarrassing sometimes.

My mom did her best to 爱情 and care for me and make me happy even in her medical condition. And my dad is funny, protective, and would do anything for me. Both of them have taught me so much about the world and universe around me, taught me how to respect others and have opened my eyes to so many new things. Things I don't see other parents teaching their kids. They would do anything for me, and I would do the same for them. For my dad, and if my mother was still alive, I would die for them both. Because they both are such amazing people.

It hurts really when I see other kids disrespecting their parents so much. If they have good parents that is. They don't realize how much they try and how much they do for them. I just wish others could be less selfish and 更多 grateful for what they have. Some people have awful parents that don't even try to help their kids out in anything for them. It was like that way with my half-siblings. Their father never gave them a single present ever. He would leave my mother to do everything. Sometimes when they got into fights he would drive them out in the middle of no where with no money 或者 食物 and just leave them. He attempted to even murder my mother when she first 说 she wanted a divorce. I'm so glad that she met my father and had me, instead of having another kid with that asshole. People, be grateful 你 never had a parent like that. Be grateful 你 even have parents. This is why I'm extra respectful towards my dad. I just wish I could have been 更多 respectful towards my mother but I was too young to understand it, she went through so much in her life and yet she still kept a smile on her face and did an amazing job taking care of me~

Can't live with them, can't live without them (at least for the first 16-18 years of your life).

People who are over/underrated at times. 你 need them 80% of the time, but 20% of the time, they can say assholic things like everybody else. They're not always as smart as they think they are, and half the things they say we hate, but just can't counter. They can stand to be a little 更多 grateful of kids and not say things like "I'm your mother/father!" they can make 你 feel like 你 signed a contract stating your body belongs to them. But even then, we still 爱情 them. I don't know why we tend to hate half the things they say/do, but still 爱情 them. When it all comes down to it, no one really hates anyone. Our subconscious won't let us. Deep down, we can still 爱情 the most vile, mean spirited person we've ever seen, but we never say it. It's the only reason we still go to those people we supposedly hate, and the reason we miss them when they're out of our lives.

No human being truly hates another person. It's impossible to hate them so much our subconscious doesn't 爱情 them. 你 can be racist, homophobic, misogynist, 或者 misandrist, but no matter how strong your will, mind, 或者 hatred, 你 can never bring yourself to hate them with every fiber of your mind, body, and soul.


Sorry for the huge emo-rant. Also sorry to anyone I managed to freak out.

They try to take care of us and do what's right but sometimes they go over-board. When we make them mad, they have to remember we're still kids. (Well, some of us). My dad is the type of parent who makes me feel like I'm being held under lock and key. But my mom is the type of nice parent who tries her very best. But she can get so angry! But she loves me enough to wait till I'm 18 to get a divorce with my dad. She 说 she doesn't want to put me through that, and that she can wait.

Hardworking.
Think about it--most of them would do anything for you, and what do most of them get back? Hate from their children. They work hard to earn money and make sure 你 have a roof, food, and water. 你 might feel like they don't understand 你 at times, but hey, we're all people! We don't have the capability to read minds and understand exactly what other people are thinking and feeling. Heck, I don't even completely understand what I'm feeling and thinking sometimes. My brother is autistic, but even then, my parents give undivided attention to both of us and not just my brother specifically. My parents work overtime so they can do everything they can to help my brother and me. My mother has tells me several times every single 日 that she loves me, and 你 know what? I believe her 100%. Sure, we get into fights sometimes, but that's life. I think we should appreciate parents 更多 instead of criticizing them, because they've dedicated their lives to helping us, and that's no minor commitment.

I believe the parents are our future
Teach them well and let them lead the way
