can anyone please suggest something? My friend is mad at me. He says he can never trust me again, but I don't know how I broke his trust!

We were fine in the morning the 日 he started to ignore me and started to tell me to f* off. He started to cuss at me at around the afternoon. I don't really know what it was, and I don't know how to find out 或者 how to gain his trust again! He's mad at me and one of my other 老友记 but one of his 老友记 informed her that he'll be fine from the 下一个 school day, but he REALLY hates me!

My ex-bf came into THIS as well, and now he's just ruining my life! He was the one who told me my friend 说 he can never trust me again, and I really don't know what's wrong. I think it could be this thing I did to my ex (bad mouthed him. B.A.D) cuz my friend 说 he never expected that from me, but I'm not sure!
