If a boy taps your shoulder is he flirting with you?

So I was sitting at my 台, 办公桌 with my friend.Then theres this kid named,Tyler(his height is meduim and he's blond hair) he was pretending to throw a girl's binder on the floor.Amber catches her binder before it touched the ground.Then he walks to where I'm.I thought he was going to THROW MY binder on the ground.So I try to protect my binder.But instead of throwing my binder on the ground.Tyler TAPS on my right shoulder.Then he walks away!I was like WTF DUDE!?.
My 老友记 saw this too! They thought he was flirting with me!
Oh and this boy ALWAYS tries to make eye contact with me! He sat 下一个 to me TWICE! Make it 3 times.But then he kept on staring at me.So I was like"It's ok.I'll just leave" So then I sat 下一个 to my friend instead.
So do U guys think he was flirting with me?

Like when a fellow female taps 你 on the shoulder, she wants your attention and if the pic confused you, I always answer with Tommy Flanagan pics.

I agree, from my experience it's not usually a sign that he likes you, 更多 like he wants your attention for some reason.
The best thing 你 could do is say 'what 你 like me 或者 something' in a jokey way and see if his eyes dart away from you/he blushes/licks his liops/clears his throat 或者 moves uncomfortably in his seat. All those signs are he likes 你 in some way.
If he doesn't do any of those signs, then no, he doesn't like 你 he just wants your attention.

Don't take what i say to 心 however, every boy is different, but those are the classic signs.
