What does this picture look like? (And I mean what creature does it look like)

I know it's a Giga Bowser, what creature does it look like though,

Example: I think he looks like a huge dragon 龟, 海龟 thing O_o

well he looks like a huge dragon, he has teeth, and claws like a dragon and he just plain looks like one o_O
