I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE CALL ME GIANT! HELP!!

Don't take this too blunt, I really dislike sseeing people bullied.

你 shouldn't give a damn. I even think a height such as yours is admirable. I'm 4,9... I've been bullied for a while to. When it gets tough, just hold on to the thoughts that 你 also have admirers. Me, for example.

wow... 你 have a great height.... 你 should be proud of....back in school, i was skinny and my classmates were used to make fun of me 由 calling me bones... but i had never regret because my perception is i am what i am... and i think they were all jealous!!! never seen a skinny huh!!!
if they call 你 giant just call them "tinnies are 你 jealous of my height" and happy birthday in advance

Kids can be mean in high school. Just be confident in who God made you. How 你 feel about yourself is the most important. Try to ignore them. Eventually they should get over it. Remember, your height does have advantages. My wife, from the Philippines is 5'3". She often ask me to get tings she can't reach. I wish 你 a very happy birthday. Feel free to have an extra piece of cake 或者 scoop of icecream for me. :)

All the above 建议 these ppl have 给 你 is true. I've never been tall- ive always been quite short and slim and bullies have found that amusing too. Bullying like this can be easy to deal with in the right frame of mind, because it is obvious that they are jealous.

To get 你 started, Here are some facts about being a tall girl-
* 你 don't have to wear high uncomfortable stilettos to parties, so 你 can concentrate on having a good time, and dancing will be 更多 comfortable. 你 can 哈哈 when the bullies fall flat on their faces.
* It's true that some girls are paranoid about being taller, so this is probably the cause of most of your bullying.
* The tall boys are easier to 吻乐队（Kiss） ;)
* 你 can put the bully's bag on a high shelf and watch them try to jump and get it like a muppet
*Most catwalk 模特 are tall
* Most boys like tall girls. lots of them say their idea of a perfect girl height is 'tall but not taller than me' and i doubt 你 are taller than most boys. the dude i like is 6 ft.
* Lots of people associate being tall with being powerful
* It may be because the bullies find 你 intimidating, which isn't a bad thing.

And also, 5'8 really isnt giantly tall for a 17 年 old. the average is about 5'6 but normal is anywhere from 5'4 to 5'8 so 你 are fine.
One of my 老友记 is 16 and 5'8 and all the boys 爱情 her cos she's a lovely sunny person and she always makes sure she looks nice. i know all the girls are dead jealous of her, and i reckon thats whats happening to you.
Remember, the key is not to let them see it get to you, even if it does.
Be confident, make sure 你 do your hair and wear your makeup, be friendly and put out a confident vibe so the bullies will feel less powerful to say anything to you. and if they do then just remember they're sad with nothing better to do, and if they call 你 something like giant, 你 laugh in a 'wow-youre-so-pathetic' kind of way, then say something like 'yeah, like 你 wish 你 were', and walk away before they can say anything else.
if they do say anything else, just smile in a smug way. that will make them feel like this little. trust me gurl, you'll be fine ;)
and dont forget to do these things for back up:
*keep a diary of every 日 and the bullying that happens, wheni happens and who is doing it. name names!
* tell a teacher / tutor, tell your parents, and confide in your best mate if she's trustworthy.

Would 你 rather be called tiny? Like Edward Elric? All kidding aside, 你 should be happy that 你 are unique and take pride in that. Toss the teasing aside and just sit back and laugh at those who make fun 或者 tease. Because on the inside they are missing something that is being filled 由 the joy they get in teasing you. 你 are making them complete and that is a good thing.

I don't think 5'8 is really tall anyway. This person at school is like 6'1 and a girl... and like 15 years old.
You'll probs stop growing really soon, and men find 5'8 women rlly attractive :) so dont worry :)

Yeah well, I'm the smallest person in the universe...I don't think I grow any 更多 and I am only 15. 你 should just ingnore it, being that tall 你 could probably take them all out in one swing...god I wish I was tall...I may be the smallest girl in school. Anyway yeah just tell them to shut up!

Ok, always remember 你 are beautiful. I stand at 5'5''- ish and I hate it; I wish I was 5'8''!!! Anywho, look down at them with a smile on your face and say, "Hey, how's the weather down there?" when they make a mean 评论 about your height. Be proud your tall and don't have to make up for it with heels like I do!!! :)

this is actually something 你 should be glad about they are probally making fun of 你 as a risk to see if your a steriotypical gentle giant the 下一个 time someone messes with 你 just do a power slam on them and become the main of the school the one all admire

dude 你 shouldn't feel bad about your height, i mean your 5'8 so am I...only difference is im a girl and if 你 went to my school 你 wouln't feel bad cause the majority of the students here are giants and i feel short campared to them ...and where the same height so don't feel bad.
