However, one thing that everyone should learn is that emotions are only mental. They don't control your mind. 你 control your mind. So, 你 can choose to not be depressed, but it all depends on your mental state of mind. If 你 find it difficult to get rid of this depression, then perhaps 音乐 would best suit your need.

Nope, I'm not. However, not many people know how to. It's a skill that must be developed. Obviously, 你 don't possess the skill either, but I'm not going to insult you, because that's just immature.
Emotions are 更多 powerful than any drug. Enough anger can cause 你 to blackout, and wake up surrounded in dead bodies. Now, unless you've had a lobomaty, this applies to everyone, including you.
Okay, 你 may believe what 你 want to believe. I really don't care. But, you're not comprehending what I'm writing, are you? Ask any psychiatrist. They'll tell 你 that 你 can control your emotions. Now, just because 你 don't own this skill, doesn't mean 你 have to try and disprove the truth so others feel the way that 你 feel. Yes, emotions are difficult to triumph over, but that doesn't mean they can't be overcome.
