If your talking about un-joining a club, then Yes.
On your 个人资料 go to "Clubs" then unsubscribe from the selected club.

Then if your talking about deleting a club you created then, No. 你 can't 删除 a club 你 made after x amount of people have joined, it now belongs to the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 community. 你 can however 报道 a club 你 made.
