In my area, we have end of 年 exams, which go over everythign we have done, and count for the majority of our grades. Therefore I am an expert at studying. Here are some tips: - Clean 你 study space. If it is clear, then it will help clear 你 mind of unwanted cluster. - Make a 列表 of what 你 have to do, and tick things off. This will give 你 a small sense of accomplishment, which will keep 你 motivated. - Whenever 你 take a break, 移动 rooms. Dont get on 脸谱 and bring 食物 to where 你 are studying, because that way your mind will associate the 太空 with relaxing, which is not what 你 want right now. - Dont procrastinate. - Keep your notes neat. - When 你 ahve written your notes, record them into your phne 或者 something and listen back to them. It makes 你 remember them 更多 than just 阅读 them.
Most important thing out of all: Don't touch the computer, turn it off! Then, it depends what 你 study but if you've got a lot of stuff to study, cut it in different parts. For example, if it's math, 你 cut the different chapters and start 由 studying one chapter, when you've mastered it, go to the 下一个 chapter, etc... And repetition and practice is the best thing to remember what 你 study ^^ if 你 got problem remembering, invent some kind of little story that will help 你 remember... That's pretty much all I can think of...
