For me at least, it was interesting to see a bit of parliamentary procedure thrown into the early plot. However, I would suggest that Phil read and then communicate to Mason the latest edition of "Robert's Rules of Order." Most motions require seconds, and no one ever seconded any of the motions introduced. While Mason certainly had good intentions, his motion never tecnically passed (in my opinion) and he should have been called on a point of order.
(Anyone who understands the above may be given a prop.) Anyway, I probably would have seconded either Skipper's motions (since I agree that the lemurs can be hard to put up with) or Mason's (since there really wouldn't have been much of a plot in the episode if he hadn't introduced it).
I now move to adjourn.
Anyways, I think Manson's idea was good because the penguins and lemurs are just always arguing Now as much as I find that funny all the time, they should be times where they can NOT arguing so they can be friends instead of acting like the god enemy all the time. I do agree with Skipper that the lemurs can be hard to put up with, but come on Skip, have a little fun once in a while, hell, even party with the lemurs at lease once, that would be awesome! But I do say the lemurs should hold back on the partying, I mean, that's a lot right! So second Mason's motion that Skipper and Julien switch roles for a day.
Despite the hilarity that we got out of Julien and Skipper switchings sides for a day, obviously, the act was ineffective-Skipper and Julien still fought at the next meeting like nothing happened. Also, for the motion I chose, it's just fair. I mean, there aren't that many nocturnal animals at the zoo-animals still sleep at night. But if Julien and the lemurs are partying all night, it's...well, I'm using what happened with Skipper on "Operation: Break-Speare" as an example; Skipper going nuts was because the lemurs didn't give a crap about someone's health! Just cutting back a bit would benefit lots of animals.
