I'd say Marlene because the two trust one another, and, in some ways, are either similiar or good opposites. They always seem to have the other's back in any situation. And, as far as I can tell, they're both pretty good fighters when they need to be. Also, Marlene's reasoning skills will mix well. If I was Skipper in a situation calling for this, my first choice would be her, followed closely by Private because he sort of is like Marlene.

I think Rico would be a great tag-team partner for my Skippy. Skipper and Rico bring out eachother's inner beast, thus making them win the fight! XD

I don't know....Kowalski has pretty good statistics, that could EASILY win a game of a Tag....
