It's been a regular 日 at the zoo, as usual, 日 was warm, there were a few clouds in the sky, but not a hint of rain. Our heroes, the penguins were quietly sitting down, settling in for the night, when a knock was heard in the fishbowl entrance. "Who the heck is out there?" asked Skipper, punching Rico's stomach to get a flamethrower, just in case it was a robbery. He hesitantly opened the fishbowl entrance, to see there was no one there, but a scroll of paper at his feet. Skipper picked it up, curious, and he went down and shut the hatch. "What's this message we have here Kowalski?" asked Skipper. "Looks like a document to me, very official-looking too. Possibly from the mother country of Antarctica," 说 Kowalski. "I could tell too, because it has the Antarctic 密封 on it," thought Skipper. They hesitantly opened the note. "Skippah, what's that ya got there?" asked Private. "Its a note from the mother country, now go back to sleep Private, 你 got a very long 日 ahead of 你 okay?" asked Skipper. Rico was meanwhile snoring away and rolling around in his bunk. Finally, Skipper and Kowalski started opening the very strange scroll.

Whoever reads this, I'm most welcome, to welcome 你 to my mansion. Do please allow me to introduce myself. Richard Dodgeson Walter, name me whatver 你 can, and no, don't call me RDW. It's retarded. Anyway, I would like to invite these......special, 老友记 of yours to come over. To a 晚餐 party. A cocktail, lobster, fresh fish, whatever 你 guys would desire. Maybe we could discuss politics, make a joke, fool around, be idiots for the night, etc. I hope 你 accept my offer, because I've been expecting 你 and your 老友记 for quite a while. Antarctica has changed a lot, you've only seen the surface, but it is BELOW the ground where we have major industry, skyscrapers, palaces, 45 story bars and casinos!!! All 你 can get in the human world, but 你 live among it. Oh, and don't try nothing strange on anyone there. Especially me.

When Skipper finished reading, he was surprised. First of all, the most powerful 企鹅 in his mother country invited his 老友记 and himself to dinner. Secondly, he never knew about underground cities in the Antarctic subterranea. "Skipper, this doesn't sound very good, an escort? They might drag us around, mistaking us for bad guys, and send us to jail!!" yelled Kowalski, worried. "At least he's inviting us to dinner, we can't refuse the request of the ruler of our country!! It'll be morally wrong, and he could put us in a jail if we don't comply to his wishes,' replied Skipper. "That may be true, but he's an emperor!!! Not like the presidents we have here in the States," argued Kowalski. "But Obama sucks anyways, they only voted for him just cause they thought the idea of a first black president was cool," 说 Skipper, headed for his bunk. "By god I hope he just wants 晚餐 with us, not death for us," 说 Kowalski, yawning and closing his eyes. "The 日 will be long tomorow, then we'll be eating with the emperor, how scary that thought is, considering we've never met the guy," yawned Skipper, then, he closed his eyelids, and finally drifted to a deep sleep.
