Kowalski was taking one of his secret night walks when he bumpped into someone. He sat up and rubbed his head. His 心 began to race when he looked to see who he had run into. It was Tara.

Tara:"Oh, i'm sorry!"
Kowalski:"It's ok."

Kowalski gets up and rubs his head. Tara does the same. He watches her as the moonlight reflects off of her sea blue eyes. He finds himself at a loss for words.

Tara:"So what are 你 doing out at this time of night?"
Kowalski:"I um..... I like to take little walks at night to clear my mind and have some time to myself."
Tara:"Me too." laughs a little. "We do have a lot in common."

Kowalski nods. He can hear his 心 beating in his chest. He imagines Tara could hear it too. Kowalski didn't know what was going to happen next, what was supposed to happen next. He was about to hurry away when Tara's flippers cup his face. She leans in, her eyes closed, and kisses him. He is shocked at first, he has never been kissed before. But he finds himself enjoying the kiss. He puts his flippers on her thin waist and kisses her back. She smells of the sea, salty but sweet at the same time. When he remembers that he has to breath he breaks away. She keeps her eyes closed and he watches her, wondering if he did something wrong during the kiss, it's not like there's a manual 你 can study. When she opens her eyes, she stares back into his and a smile slowly spreads over her face. Kowalski smiles back and they 吻乐队（Kiss） again. When they finally break away they walk back to the HQ. Kowalski lays down in his bunk and watches Tara as she drifts off to sleep. He lies awake with a smile on his face. This has been one of, if not the greatest, 日 of his life.

Whoa, sorry for the late updating. I’m not so good at this 粉丝 fiction stuff; I’ll try to do better 下一个 time. Anyway, this is the final chapter. Not as action packed as the last one, but this is 更多 of a sad, conversation-like chapter. There’s also a lot of medical stuff, but I’m not a doctor nor am I as smart as Kowalski, so there might be some faulty information.
