I sat on the chair in the HQ, as usual on Saturday morning. Couldn’t miss my shows! Too bad Kowalski isn’t here… His fave 显示 is on… I turned off the TV. Kowalski had 说 TV could make 你 go loopy, after all. I decided it would be a better time for vitamin C refreshment. I walked to the ‘mess hall’, otherwise known as the other side of the HQ, and looked in the cabinet for a cup. I found one, took the 橙子, 橙色 果汁 out of the fridge, and poured it into the glass. It was funny, really. I never noticed how beautifully the 橙子, 橙色 果汁 glides down the side of the cup. 或者 how the droplets produce a lovely symphony. Not until Kowalski came along. I never noticed how the cup glistens when the light hits it in a certain way. Not until Kowalski came along. I never looked at the world, truly looked at it. Not until Kowalski came along. It was true. Kowalski had shown me how to be free, how to look at things with an observant eye. Kowalski had taught me how to read, how to write, how to live… How to love. He had taught me everything that made life worth living. Now I had to make it up for him. My 心 skipped a beat when I heard his voice. He and the team were here from recon. I loved recon time. It gave me time to really think. To watch the world with an observant eye. I rushed to my brother, and hugged him. I 爱情 Rico, but not like a 爱情 Kowalski. I gave Private a small hug, Skipper a salute, and then came Kowalski. I hugged him, and smelled him… He smelled of fish, adrenalin, and chemicals. He smelled like my Kowalski. I stepped back and smiled. “Hi, guys… I, uh, missed ya’.”I said, half truth, half lie. Kowalski is the only one I missed. I walked to the TV. “Kowalski, your 最喜爱的 TV 显示 is on. Will 你 watch it with me?” I asked, innocently. Kowalski turned to Skipper. Skipper smirked. “Knock yourself out” he said. I smiled, ear to ear, and sat down on the couch. Kowalski came and sat beside me. I smiled, and let his scent enter my nostrils once again. Oh, how he smells heavenly… I sat 下一个 to him, snuggled into his side, and laid my head on his shoulder. I’m glad he’s okay with that. When I’m in his arms… I feel like I’m… Home. I feel like it’s my place in the world. I feel like it was made for me. That’s how I will always feel in his arms. “What channel is it on?” He asked. “304” I said, dreamily. I was in heaven, in his arms. He pressed a few buttons, and in a few seconds, we were watching the show. “You are watching the Animal Planet channel!” Announced the TV, whilst it flashed multicolor. I didn’t even care. I was too busy, thinking of him… I 爱情 him, I truly do. He is my first and only love. And he’ll always be. My Kowalski. I have so many dreams about him and me… One 日 we’ll be married, with a house and two kids. Of course, it’s just a dream… I’m way too shy to marry him… And sure enough too shy to make eggs with him. Besides, he doesn’t 爱情 me like I 爱情 him. He loves me like he would a little sister. That’s what I am to him. Just a little sister. No matter how much 更多 I want. No matter if I jumped the grand canyon, scaled Mt. Everest, walked on the moon, I would always just be his ‘little sister’. I thought of this. I would never be truly happy. Not without him. He was absentmindedly watching television… While I sat, and stared into his eyes… His deep… Soulful eyes. The eyes whose would never be mine. The window to the 心 whose was slowly breaking mine. The mirror in which all of my sorrows could be seen. It was true. I couldn’t live without him. If he only knew…
