In Good Night and Good Chuck, did Kowalski sound a little tiny bit different while saying "Plan B" 或者 it's just me?

I don't know, because I haven't seen that episode, yet... but sometimes voice actors can sound strange and different to how they usually sound, when saying certain lines. Like in the Moomins, when Snufkin 说 'Look over there, Little My!', he sounded really high pitched. That's a bit off topic, but... oh well. XD
