is it legal on 潮流粉丝俱乐部 to write MILD slash?

I wanna know sumtin. I'm havin writers block with one of my stories ( work in progress) and i need to know. someone suggested that i use gender switches and 或者 slash.
i'd like to know, is this illegal on fanpop? I read the terms of service and it 说 " do not post anything illegal, pornographic, 或者 sexually explicit". does, as an example rico and kowalski professing their 爱情 for eachother, 或者 sumtin like that count as ' illegal, pornographic, 或者 sexually explicit'?
if it it, then i'll keep the ramblings of my depraved mind to myself. i've made refrences to slahs in my other works (ex: " like what?" asks private, to which kowalski responds, " one of us dating another one of us.' to which private says ' glad i asked * shudder*") and haven't heard anything ( mainly because no one wants to 评论 on my stories as of late).

sorry if this is long, but can ANYONE just give me a straight (pardon the pun) answer to my problem????
