The Straw Hat Pirates (麦わらの一味, Mugiwara no Ichimi?) is a pirate crew that started in East Blue. They are the main focus and 超能英雄 of the 日本动漫 and 日本漫画 One Piece, and are led 由 the main protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy. The "Straw Hats" are named after Luffy's signature straw hat that was 给 to him 由 Red-Haired Shanks, and are first referred to as the Straw Hat Pirates 由 Smoker in Alabasta.
