THE One Direction boys may have spent 圣诞节 apart but they are back together tonight for their first 演出, gig since the X Factor 2010 final!

The One Direction boys have been spending some much-needed time with their families since finishing third in the X Factor 2010 final two weeks ago.

But Harry, Louis, Zayn, Liam and Niall are back together tonight (cue screams) as they hit Scotland for their first live performance since finishing third in the show.

The 1D lads are hitting the road as we speak ahead of a very special 演出, gig at Campus in Glasgow tonight.

One Direction have offered some sage 建议 to singers hoping to find fame on this year’s series of The X Factor.

The teenage boyband came third on the 2010 run of the ITV reality TV 显示 and unlike Cher Lloyd who advised the new batch of hopefuls to ‘run away’ and hide, the boys claim that all the wannabes need to do, is just be themselves.

Speaking to ITV.com, Harry Styles 说 contestants shouldn’t be ‘phoney,’ explaining:
Don’t be phoney! Be yourself and don’t pretend be something you’re not. The public will see right through it.

Louis Tomlinson added:
Switch your songs up and don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone. And dress to impress. STANDARD!

Niall Horan thinks the singers just need to relax and enjoy the show, saying:
Make sure 你 relax and enjoy it – don’t let nerves kill all the fun. And don’t be a diva – be nice to everyone who helps 你 as it’s highly likely you’ll meet them again further down the line.
