I woke up in the hospital,My mom held my hand crying.
My dad holding my moms.Laying in the 床, 床上 I wore a hosipital gown.
"Where's Derek?"I whispered.

I sat up and started to cry.
"Where is he?"
"Listen to your mother."my dad told me.
I got up and ran out the door.
"Ronnie.."
Derek was standing in the hallway,shirtless,His chest wrapped in gauze,Using a cruch to stand.He looked weak,I ran up to him and kissed him.
"I told you,I'd be okay."He smiled.
I hugged him.
"Sissy!"Kenna called.
She wobbled up to me and hugged me.She started crying.
"You scared me."she told me.
My body jolted,I had a flashback of Alex's dead cold body.
I started to cry,Derek looked at me and wiped my tears.
"It was my fault,I broke his heart."
"No,It wasn't your fault.He just couldn't except the facts,He was mentally ill,But it's okay now.Your here with me."
He hugged me,I cried in his arms.
"Veronica,Come,We have some things to talk about."my dad 说 to me.
Courtney came and took kenna,I went back in to the room.
I sat on the bed.
"I'm going back to britain."my dad told me.
"What?Why?"
"I'm going to spend some time with grandma."
"How long?"
"a couple months."
"But dad.."
"It's already been decided,My flights tommorow."

"Your old enough to know,Me and your mother are having some probelms."
Derek wobbled in,he trembled and fell to his knees.
I jumped up and helped him.

My dad got up and walked out the room.

Days later...
"So he found out?"Courtney asked.
"Yes,I got an abortion.I regretted it every 秒 of it."
