Niall’s P.O.V:
A couple of weeks later…..
The past few weeks have been brilliant. Me and Mickie have been closer than ever, and she has been receiving less beat downs at the hands of her sisters. Also, her sprained arm has healed up and she is the happiest she’s even been.
She was coming over tonight and I couldn't wait.
*Ding Dong*
I jogged down the stairs and answered the door.
“Mickie!!” I cheered.
“Hi niall!” she beamed.
I pulled her into my embrace and wrapped my arms around her skinnier than usual waist.
She seemed to be getting thinner and thinner every day.
Zayn thinks that she is starving herself, and I think he may be right.
“Mickie what did 你 eat today?” I asked.
“A slice of toast, why?” she replied.
“Its half 7 in the night for god’s sake! How come 你 didn't eat anything else?” I queried.
“I-I-I wasn’t hungry.” That seems to be her answer a lot lately……

“Well are 你 hungry now?” I quizzed her.
“Um… not really.” She spoke quietly.
“We’ll see about that.” I 说 with a smirk on my face.
“What are 你 talking about?” she asked, crossing her arms.
“Oh nothing….” I fluttered my eyes innocently.
“This isn't going to be good.” Mickie giggled.
I picked up my phone and surveyed each of the contacts on my screen until I came across ‘Zayners:P’
I hit the call button and exited the room, leaving Mickie to wonder what I was up to.
“Wey 嘿 Niallers! Vas happenin?” Zayn answered.
“Nothing really. I’m just with Mickie. Can 你 come over?” I queried.
“Why?” he responded.
“I think you’re right. Mickie may be starving herself.” I told him.
“FUCK! I’ll be there as soon as I can.” Zayn 说 as he hung up.
I went back into Mickie, who was patiently waiting for me to return.
“What was that all about?” she asked.
“Oh nothing. Just a call I needed to make.” I kissed her cheek gently.
“Mmm.” She narrowed her eyes at me suspiciously.
I needed to change the subject.
“Let’s watch TV.” I groped her hand and led her into the sitting room.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw zayn jogging up the drive-way. He rang the doorbell.
“I’ll be back in a 分钟 babe.” I whispered as I kissed her forehead. She nodded as she was glued to the TV screen.
I opened the door and found a very breathless-looking Zayn stood before me.
“Hi man.” He panted.
“Are 你 ok?” I asked, chuckling slightly at how unfit he was. He lived about 2 blocks away from me and is out of breath!
“Yes I’m fine. I’ll probably begin to cough up blood in a 分钟 but I’m fine. What will I do?” he replied.
“Hide behind the door of my bedroom and jump out when Mickie comes up.” I informed him.
“Ok.” He 说 as he sprinted upstairs.
“Who was it?” Mickie questioned when I strolled back into the sitting room.
“Oh it was just…. The postman.” I lied.
“At 8 in the night?” she quizzed, unconvinced.
“Yeah…. We have a late postman…” I struggled for words.
“Ok then…” she shrugged.
“Do 你 want to go upstairs?” I queried.
“Yeah sure.” She smiled.
I took her hand and brought her up the stairs.
“I'm just going to the bathroom. 你 go into the room and I’ll follow 你 in a moment.” I tried to keep a straight face as I told her this.
“Okey dokey!” she giggled as she opened my bedroom door.

“Who wants pizza?” I asked.
“MEEEEEE!” zayn yelled.
“I don’t mind.” Mickie spoke quietly.
“Well I’m ordering whether 你 like it 或者 not.” I 说 as I marched out of the room.
“BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Zayn roared as he jumped in front of Mickie.
Mickie screamed and ran into my arms, shaking with fear.
I began to howl with laughter and zayn fell to the floor in hysterics.
Once she knew what was going on, she slapped zayn hard on the head.
“You’re a prick.” She spat.
“Oi! Niall’s the one who told me to do it!” Zayn ratted.
Mickie thumped me in the stomach.
“You’re also a prick.” She scowled.
“OW!” I exclaimed.
She stuck her tongue out at me and giggled.
“We got 你 good Mickie!” zayn teased.
“Zayn…..” Mickie warned.
Zayn took a step back out of harm’s way.
“In fairness, we did get 你 good.” I winked at her.
“Very funny. Why do it?” she questioned.
“No reason.” I walked in a 圈, 圈子 suspiciously, nodding at zayn. He knew what my signal had meant, and obeyed. He lifted Mickie off the ground and into his arms.
“Wait… what are 你 doing?!?! ZAYN!? Put me down!?!” she struggled in zayn’s arms, but he kept a good grip. He placed her onto the 床, 床上 ad sat on her lap.

“What the hell zayn?!” Mickie quizzed.
“Amanda isn't here so I’m lonely. And besides, your lap is cozy.” Zayn smirked.
“Well I know that’s a lie! What’s the real reason?” she narrowed her eyes at zayn, and then me.
“Mickie, me and 你 have become really close over the past couple of weeks so Niall asked me to talk to you. Niall’s worried you’re starving yourself.” He sighed.
“Aw niall! I’m not starving myself. I just haven’t been that hungry lately.” She explained, but I could tell she wasn’t saying the full truth.
“See niall? I told 你 she wasn’t starving herself!” zayn remarked.
“You never told me that!” I retorted.
“I just wanted to be right for once, ok?” zayn began to cry.
“Aw! Come here zayn.” Mickie gave him a hug.
