3.Jump around like an idiot.
4.Play video games all night
5. Listen to 音乐 with earplugs 或者 headphones
6.Wet your face with cold water 或者 cold water with ice
7.Drink a energy drink
8.Exercise
9.Eat much candy
10.instead of cold water,burn yourself with hot water(lol)

2.When I saw the 音乐 video "Turn down for what!?!" 由 DJ Snake feat. Lil Jon. Me:Why the hell do I see boobs and dicks popping?????? This was the worst of the weirdest 音乐 video.....
3. Sonic 06' is bad for is glitches,but when 你 see a character stuck in the air,upside down in a wall,or Sonic rolling around like gravity is pulling him in the last Act of Wave Ocean, I laugh and give 你 the WTF look.
4.Remembering when Spongebob characters dances but twerks. Totally awkward.....
5. When I'm doing work 或者 focusing on something,someone starts yelling

This is really for Pabolj. But this method may work for 你 if your reading. I sleep very easily often,but I hope this work for you. Your 床, 床上 schedule suppose to help 你 sleep normally fine...
1.Go to 床, 床上 on time and never try to stay up.
2.Take sleeping pills if it works...XD
3. Take naps and 你 will be use to 更多 sleeping.
4. Avoid high sugar 或者 caffeine because it can keep 你 up.
5.Listen to lullaby's, 哈哈 just kidding it won't really work unless it does.
6.Listening to slow songs in a low volume 或者 other genres.
7.Eat...Sleep...Repeat...Eat...Sleep...Repeat.
8.If 你 try to sleep,go to a quiet room and relax in a comfortable 长椅, 沙发 或者 bed.
9.Do not drink Energy drinks 或者 Gatorade 或者 Powerade.
10.Do all of these steps 或者 at least 7 and 你 will improve.
