yeah i think its a little of both but 更多 for the Tallest like 60/40 .....Hes doing it for his leaders and for the irken race. hes also doing it to prove he is a worthy invader to the tallest. and invaders blood marches threw his veins like radioactive rubber pants!!!! he does it because being evil and conquring is who Zim is and what he does best!
