His 心 went in overdrive when he realized that she would definitely die when the cupboard would crush down on her. He ran faster than he had ever ran before and threw himself against the side of the falling cupboard, so now the cupboard was falling 下一个 to Lisa instead of on 最佳, 返回页首 of her. Apparently his 爱情 for her, 或者 maybe the 超人 outfit, had made what seemed impossible possible, he had saved her life. At least for now…
David got to Hugh and Lisa as quickly as possible, so did Robert. They saw Hugh kneeling down 下一个 to Lisa. Lisa had fallen on her front, protecting her abdomen and chest with her legs and her face with her arms. ´Lisa? … Lisa can 你 hear me?’, Hugh asked. He didn’t get any response from her though. ‘Lisa…, honey?’, he tried again, tears flooding down his face 由 now. He still didn’t get any response from her. ‘Check her pulse and breathing…’, David 说 appearing behind Hugh. Hugh was scared, what if she didn’t have a pulse 或者 wasn’t breathing? His hand was trembling while trying to find her carotid artery. He sighed relieved when he felt the artery pulsating under his fingers. ‘She-she has a pulse, it’s not strong though…’, Hugh said, his voice trembling as much as his hand had 秒 ago. He then tried to turn Lisa onto her back. When he saw Lisa’s arms, hands and forehead covered in blood 更多 and 更多 tears were streaming down his face. ‘Please breath, please…’, Hugh whispered. He placed the side of his face above hers and felt his 心 stop when he didn’t feel her breath instantly. After a few 秒 he felt and heard her breathe and thanked god that she was still there.
In the mean time Robert had called 911 with David’s cell phone. He walked to David, Hugh and Lisa to tell them the 救护车 would be there in a few minutes. ‘I called an ambulance, they should be here in a few minutes.’, Robert said. David nodded, Hugh didn’t react at all. Nothing existed to him but Lisa. He couldn’t stop crying and was freaking out, ‘I’m so sorry… It’s all my fault… Please, please get better, I’ll do anything I promise…’. He then placed a soft 吻乐队（Kiss） on her lips while his tears fell down on her face and mixed with her blood, ‘I 爱情 you…’, he 说 barely audible. Robert and David had heard it though and gave each other a questioning look. It wasn’t that big of a surprise they liked each other, seeing how they behaved around one another, but love…?
After a few 分钟 they heard the 救护车 arriving, David had gone outside to tell the rescuers where to go and to tell the other cast members what happened. Robert stayed with Hugh and Lisa, not really knowing what to do. They rescuers picked Lisa up and laid her on a stretcher. Robert helped Hugh up and they walked to the 救护车 together. They were told only one of them could go with Lisa in the ambulance, of course that one was Hugh. Robert 说 he would come to the hospital too with his own car.
Robert walked to his colleagues. The girls and Jesse were crying while the boys were trying to offer a little comfort. ‘Hey… ehm…the 救护车 just rode away to the hospital.’, Robert said. ‘What are we gonna do?’, Jennifer asked. ‘I-I don’t know…’, Robert answered sadly, ‘I promised Hugh I would go to the hospital, so…’ ‘Can I come with…, please?’, Olivia begged, she couldn’t just stay here and do nothing. ‘Y-yes, of course 你 can…’, Robert answered. ‘Will 你 call us?’, Katie asked. ‘We will,’ Robert 说 and then went to his car together with Olivia. The others went into the studio, praying that Lisa would be okay…
Everything went very fast, the ride to the hospital in the ambulance, Lisa being examined 由 many doctors in the ER asking him thousands of questions, then a CT-scan, blood tests, X-ray and finally her being brought into an OR… A surgeon came into the waiting room and approached him, ‘Are 你 with Miss Edelstein?’ ‘Y-yes, is something wrong?’, Hugh asked worried. ‘Well of course something is wrong, otherwise she wouldn’t be here would she?’, the surgeon replied. Hugh was shocked 由 this answer, he didn’t know what to say. ‘But that’s not what I came here for, I just read her file and it seems something is missing and without it I can’t operate on her.’, the surgeon 说 coldly. ‘What, what is it?’, Hugh asked desperately. ‘Well, it doesn’t say if she’s insured. So do you…’, before the surgeon finished his sentence Hugh was screaming at him. He had wanted to kill the surgeon for having the nerves to ask, but realized he couldn’t because then there would be no one to save Lisa. So he had yelled at him, he hadn’t known he knew so many terms of abuse. ‘… now get yourself over there and save her!’ The surgeon had just stood there watching Hugh rage out. ‘Well, Superman, I was planning on that, but…’ ‘OF COURSE SHE IS INSURED! And even if she isn’t, I will pay for everything myself! God, I will even add a million, just FIX her! Now GO before I kill you!’, Hugh screamed. That finally got the surgeon to the OR. But it didn’t calm him down, he started to 冲床 the door 下一个 to him until some nurses came rushing to him and gave him something to calm down, but his hand was already bleeding 由 that time and also had to be checked for broken bones…
He was in an exam room when Olivia and Robert arrived. The nurses had told them where Hugh was and they opened the door to exam room 3, where the doctor was currently ‘discharging’ Hugh. ‘What happened to your hand? ‘, Robert asked. There was a bandage around Hugh’s hand. ‘I punched it against the door after some idiot surgeon didn’t want to operate on Lisa because her file didn’t say if she was insured.’, Hugh replied. Robert and Olivia looked at him with wide eyes. ‘B-but the nurse told us she is…’, Olivia started. ‘She is in surgery, 你 didn’t think I would just let her…’, Hugh said. ‘No, we didn’t, we’re just worried.’, Robert interrupted him, ‘Did they tell 你 anything else?’ Hugh looked up at him sadly, ‘No…, I don’t even know what they are operating on. I think I have seen about twenty doctors today, they did some tests… CT and .. X-ray I believe, but they didn’t tell me anything yet, just that I have to wait…’ He hated not being able to do anything, to just sit and wait and feel helpless. Robert and Olivia nodded. ‘How bad is it, your hand I mean?’, Robert asked. ‘Just bruised, nothing broken… They just ‘discharged’ me.’, Hugh replied. ‘Well, then ehm why don’t we go get some coffee 或者 something…’, Robert said. He didn’t really know how to handle a situation like this, but who would really? ‘I don’t want to go to the cafeteria…’, Hugh 说 sadly, ‘I want to be there when she comes out of surgery…’ Robert nodded, ‘Olivia, could 你 may be get us some coffee from the cafeteria and bring it up here?’ Olivia saw the look on Roberts face, agreed and went to the cafeteria to get them some coffee.

They were silent for a few minutes. ‘It doesn’t feel real’, Hugh said. ‘I know…’, Robert replied. ‘It’s so weird… It’s like I expect her to just walk out of there in a few minutes, like nothing happened, with that beautiful smile on her face…’, Hugh sighed, ‘but she won’t, will she?’ Robert gave Hugh a sympathetic look and squeezed his shoulder. ‘It’s just one 分钟 we were so… happy, laughing and hugging… and kissing, and then the next… I don’t understand…’, Hugh 说 his already red eyes filling with tears once again.
Olivia had come back with coffee and some sort of cookies, she figured they should at least eat something. ‘It’s maybe a strange 问题 and maybe I am asking too much but could 你 guys please go to my house and get me some clothes and like a toothbrush 或者 something? And maybe do the same for Lisa?’, Hugh asked, still wearing the 超人 outfit. ‘Of course we will. Do 你 want us to go get that now or?’, Robert asked. ‘Well yes, no offense but I just need to be alone for a little while I guess…’, Hugh replied. He searched for his keys and gave them to Robert. Robert stared at the keys, ‘Yes, so eh that will get us into your house…’ ‘The one with the red cover is from Lisa’s house…’, Hugh interrupted. ‘Okay…’, Robert 说 knowing that this wasn’t the time to ask Hugh why he had a key to Lisa’s house. Also it wasn’t like he couldn’t come up with a reason himself after he heard Hugh telling Lisa he loved her and Hugh telling him he had been 接吻 with Lisa just 分钟 before she fell. ‘Call us if anything happens’, Olivia said, ‘We will be back as soon as possible.’ Hugh nodded, ‘I will…’
Hugh just sat there 迷失 in his own thoughts. After almost an 小时 he realized he hadn’t even called her parents yet. He walked to the closest nurses desk. ‘I-I just realized I haven’t called her parents yet… And I haven’t got my phone with me, so could I…’, Hugh said. ‘Of course, 你 can use the phone in the family room. Nobody is currently in there so there’s enough privacy.’, the nurse replied kindly. ‘Thank you. I just, I don’t remember their number… I thought maybe it’s the number that should be called in case of emergency in her file?’, he asked. The nurse went to the computer and looked at Lisa’s file. ‘Call in case of emergency, Mr. Laurie, 075…’, she started. ‘She has me as the person to be called in case of emergency?’, he asked unbelievingly. The nurse smiled at him, ‘Apparently she does…’ Hugh didn’t know what to say, he also didn’t remember why he had asked for the information in the first place. ‘The number of the telephone exchange is 下一个 to the phone in the family room. I think they know the number of her parents.’, the nurse said. Her parents, right, that had been his question. ‘Thank you.’, Hugh 说 and walked to the family room.
He had called her parents. They were shocked and her mother was crying. They told Hugh they would take the 下一个 flight to LA and thanked him for calling them. Hugh was now sitting in the waiting room again. He looked at the doors that eventually lead to the OR. It reminded him of something that happened on the set a few months ago…
They were shooting the last 2 episodes of season five. They were really intense and drained him completely. He couldn’t focus on anything while being in his dressing room anymore so he was now sitting on an empty set close to the ‘OR’. It was already very late at night and they were still shooting. Somehow he just couldn’t find the energy to read anymore. It never happened to him, but now it had. He just sat there on the floor of an empty set with his head in his hands. He had become a little 更多 depressed lately and he couldn’t figure out why. He had no reason to become 更多 depressed, if anything he should get less depressed. Soon they would be done shooting season five and he would get to go back to 伦敦 and see his family again. Plus it was slowly becoming warmer outside and the summer always cheered him up a little.
He sat there for a while till he heard the doors from’ the OR’ swung open. He looked up to see who it was and saw Lisa standing in front of him. ‘Here 你 are, everybody is looking for you. What are 你 doing here sitting on the floor all 由 yourself?’, she said. He looked at her sadly. She recognized that look in his eyes and lowered herself to a spot on the floor 下一个 to him. ‘Are 你 okay?’, she asked him. He didn’t respond and tried to look away from her but she wouldn’t let him. Her hand had covered his cheek and forced him to look at her. She saw his eyes fill with tears, pulled him closer to her and wrapped her arms around his waist. He lowered his head into the crook of her neck and pulled her into his lap so that his body was now enveloped 由 her tiny frame. She stroke through his hair and felt some of his tears wetting her neck. ‘I’m going to miss you…’, he whispered. She felt her own eyes beginning to get watery after his comment. She had tried to not think about him going back to London, but now that the end of the season was coming closer and closer she couldn’t avoid it anymore.
When he felt her sobbing he looked up at her. ‘O, no.. now look what I did…’, he 说 while softly brushing her tears away. Then they heard someone walking on the other side of the ‘set-wall’ they were currently sitting against. They both sighed relieved when they heard the footsteps getting softer. It made her laugh a little. ‘I don’t know what would happen if someone would find us like this…’, she said, ‘look at us, crying in each others arms on an almost dark and empty set in the middle of the night…’ He smiled at her comment, ‘Yeah, we are really pathetic, aren’t we?’ She smiled back at him. He wrapped his arms stronger around, placed her head on his chest and kissed the 最佳, 返回页首 of her head. They closed their eyes and he felt himself relax and truly believed he could sit like this with her forever…
‘Is that your stomach?’, she asked laughing a little. His stomach had growled and 由 the look on her face she found it very amusing. He blushed, ‘Yeah, I-I can’t remember the last time I ate.’ ‘There must be some yoghurt in my purse.’, she replied while sitting up and trying to locate her purse. She found it and pulled a beaker of 草莓 yoghurt out of it. ‘I don’t really like yoghurt…’, he said. ‘Well, I guess that I’m lucky then there will be 更多 for me.’, she smiled. She fished a spoon out of her 钱包 and started to eat the yoghurt. Hugh watched her fascinated, it wasn’t so much the yoghurt but the way she was eating it that made it seem like the most delicious thing on earth. She saw his hungry eyes watching her. ‘You sure 你 don’t want any?’, she asked playfully, ‘It’s really good.’ She then ‘accidentally’ misplaced some of the yoghurt so now her bottom lip was covered in it. He couldn’t take anymore and before she had time to react he was sucking the yoghurt of her lips. God, she felt good… and the combination of the 草莓 yoghurt and her lips was just… amazing. He didn’t know how to describe it. She must have enjoyed it too, because it quickly turned into a game in which he was sucking and licking yoghurt of some of her upper body parts, her lips, her neck, her collarbone, one time even between her breasts… After that she put some of the yoghurt on his body and did the same thing. It had been amazing to feel her tongue swirling in his neck licking up the 草莓 yoghurt. She was just sucking behind his earlobe when Katie walked onto the set. They quickly let go of each other and hoped that Katie hadn’t seen anything of their very intimate game. Apparently she didn’t, she surely didn’t say anything about it. She had asked them what they were doing and if they could come to the set to shoot yet another scene. He thought he was okay with that, after the little game he just played with Lisa he felt revived, he would be able to do anything…
It had been an amazing night, if only she would walk to those doors right now…

Then they heard someone walking on the other side of the ‘set-wall’ they were currently sitting against. They both sighed relieved when they heard the footsteps getting softer. It made her laugh a little. ‘I don’t know what would happen if someone would find us like this…’, she said, ‘look at us, crying in each others arms on an almost dark and empty set in the middle of the night…’ He smiled at her comment, ‘Yeah, we are really pathetic, aren’t we?’ She smiled back at him. He wrapped his arms stronger around, placed her head on his chest and kissed the 最佳, 返回页首 of her head. They closed their eyes and he felt himself relax and truly believed he could sit like this with her forever…
‘Is that your stomach?’, she asked laughing a little. His stomach had growled and 由 the look on her face she found it very amusing. He blushed, ‘Yeah, I-I can’t remember the last time I ate.’ ‘There must be some yoghurt in my purse.’, she replied while sitting up and trying to locate her purse. She found it and pulled a beaker of 草莓 yoghurt out of it. ‘I don’t really like yoghurt…’, he said. ‘Well, I guess that I’m lucky then there will be 更多 for me.’, she smiled. She fished a spoon out of her 钱包 and started to eat the yoghurt. Hugh watched her fascinated, it wasn’t so much the yoghurt but the way she was eating it that made it seem like the most delicious thing on earth. She saw his hungry eyes watching her. ‘You sure 你 don’t want any?’, she asked playfully, ‘It’s really good.’ She then ‘accidentally’ misplaced some of the yoghurt so now her bottom lip was covered in it. He couldn’t take anymore and before she had time to react he was sucking the yoghurt of her lips. God, she felt good… and the combination of the 草莓 yoghurt and her lips was just… amazing. He didn’t know how to describe it. She must have enjoyed it too, because it quickly turned into a game in which he was sucking and licking yoghurt of some of her upper body parts, her lips, her neck, her collarbone, one time even between her breasts… After that she put some of the yoghurt on his body and did the same thing. It had been amazing to feel her tongue swirling in his neck licking up the 草莓 yoghurt. She was just sucking behind his earlobe when Katie walked onto the set. They quickly let go of each other and hoped that Katie hadn’t seen anything of their very intimate game. Apparently she didn’t, she surely didn’t say anything about it. She had asked them what they were doing and if they could come to the set to shoot yet another scene. He thought he was okay with that, after the little game he just played with Lisa he felt revived, he would be able to do anything…
It had been an amazing night, if only she would walk to those doors right now…
