I have no idea. I haven't seen that hair before. OH! It could be from a recap (Grindlewald, Gregovitch?) I think Greg was described to have long, blonde hair. 或者 it could be a Peverall Brother (When Xeno is telling the story.) I can't explain the glow though.

I agree with Bangelusfan and ShadowQueen013: I think it's Tom Riddle too. Not because it "looks" like him. We can't see a face 或者 hair color, so it doesn't really look like anyone.
However, Sirius is not made into a ghost, so we know it's not his ghost (better not be, 或者 Yates will have Hell to answer to for changing that around). The setting looks like the Chamber and, if it's a flashback, it would explain why the person is glowing (which, none of the other ghosts glow like that, so why would Sirius?): When Harry destroyed the diary Riddle had beams of light shoot through him.

I don't really remember that! I'm losing my memory. Maybe Harry is remembering how he destoryed the other horcruxes 或者 maybe when Ron goes into the chamer, it's a flashback. Hmm
That's what I'm thinking. Maybe Harry explains about the basalisk venom through a flashback, 或者 figures it out through a flashback? Guess we'll find out :)
