By far. I like both but Kevan actually has a proper role before like.. the 4th book. And even then Tommen is just an instrument in the bickering between Cersei and Margaery. In Dance with Dragons Kevan is such an important character. But then again I doubt most people even read the books on this spot.

At least Tommen said that he didn't wan't Joffrey to kill Robb... even though Joffrey could never do that himself as the coward he is!

The point is even though Tommen is a Lannister/Baratheon he doesn't want his enemy dead
