Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
EL James\' new Fifty Shades book \'Grey\' is read out loud by the men of London, some of whom fail to keep a straight face.
Fifty Shades of Grey” front this week to cover. For fans of the movie adaptations, Latinos Post News reports this Friday, June 26, 2015, that there are new rumors circulating about a modified ending for the sequel film that is quite different than the book. For those loyal book readers out there, even more thrilling tidings are in store. EL James heavily suggested in an interview that she will in fact be writing a sequel to “Grey” — from Christian Grey’s perspective instead of Anastasia’s — for “Fifty Shades Darker” as well, which set the Twitter world ablaze this week.
Viewers who closely analyzed the “Fifty Shades Darker” teaser trailer we’ve been provided may notice that things look a tad different than what could be expected from the novel. This is very normal in film adaptations, as the transition to the silver screen almost always requires slight changes to point of view (POV), form, character, and style. Yet insiders from Movie Pilot are arguing this week that the very premise of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” sequel may be altered, focusing more on Christian’s goal to enter a more “normal” relationship with his submissive, Anastasia, instead of Ana attempting to enter his sexual world of power and domination. We do know that this version will be even sexier than the original film, so a shift in the ending wouldn\'t be too surprising.
According to the source site and social media talks, this important deviation will keep the heart and essence of “Darker” intact, but offers more opportunities to see Christian’s efforts to change and his overall transformation in the story as a result of meeting Ana. "While the first book concerns itself much with Anastasia\'s attempts to adjust to a BDSM relationship, the second book is an inverse of that, with the prime conflict being Christian Grey\'s attempt to adjust to a vanilla one," noted the site.
Of course, viewers need not worry and think that Christian Grey is going to be totally turning to the light side in the sequel film to “Fifty Shades of Grey.” The handsome heartthrob played by Jaime Dornan is sticking at least somewhat to his BDSM roots with a mask and imposing presence that is certainly making the atmosphere darker than before. There is much challenge left for Christian and Ana to face in order to make their relationship work, but with a love story as impressive, compelling, and complex as theirs, there is little doubt that they will make it through both on the pages and on the screen.
In other enticing news, Hollywood Life News shares this week that EL James is already preparing to put out some more sexy reading content for readers. Talk about keeping busy and working to meet fans\' many needs! Those in the “50 Shades” fandom can start celebrating, as she essentially confirmed that a sequel book to the massive new hit, “Grey”— which takes Christian’s POV and perspective in the original novel — is coming out for “Fifty Shades Darker.”
Can you say “I’m excited?” The inner goddess author James hasn’t confirmed many details about the “Fifty Shades of Grey” Christian-oriented sequel quite yet, but it ultimately seems very likely. There also hasn’t been any news yet regarding whether James will take “Fifty Shades Freed” and make it into a book from Christian’s eyes, as well, but it’s looking certainly as a definite possibility at this point.
“I will most likely write Fifty Shades Darker from Christian’s point of view,” said the talented writer in a new interview with DivaMoms.com. “It wasn’t that hard to write from Christian’s perspective once I got started,” she added.
“Grey” has been an incredible success since its recent debut earlier this month, and there is definite evidence that the novel has been heating many female readers up in a short amount of time. There has also been tremendous conversation among fellow interested fans as to who should play important roles in the sequel film, including the casting of Mrs. Elena “Robinson” Lincoln. What say you, friends, readers, and moviegoers? Do you want to see another installment to the “Grey” spinoff from Christian\'s POV, or are you still thinking too heatedly about the “Fifty Shades Darker” film ending? A lot is set in store in the coming months, so please keep your eyes (and whips) peeled!
