so it was really a tie between her and cedar wood because of the tiniest impressions they made but cedar wood has more screen time and defined personality while Lizzie only really has a heart fetish i guess

It's really bad that Blondie is out. She one of my favorites. Lizzie and Briar are both my favorites, but I like Briar more, so I pick Lizzie.

Again I think she is annoying and an undeveloped character.

I personally think her character is too simple and undeveloped. My second choice would have been Lizzie Hearts, though :)
