Since the poll is for best DP film, and not favourite DP, film, Tangled isn't necessarily my favourite(it's not), but I have to admire how perfect this movie really is. Action, romance, comedy, an engaging story, likable characters, great story arcs, suspense and a perfect ending. It has something for everything, and it's only weakness is probably music, but even that grows on you.

I originally didn't want to make a decision, because frankly, I have a bunch of "favourite" Disney Princess movies. But I guess, I have to speak up for Sleeping Beauty. Because the truth is: I watched Beauty and the Beast three times in theaters, Tangled two times, so I guess those are the two movies which inicially impressed me the most. And I still love them. But if I had to choose one movie between all of them to keep, it would be Sleeping Beauty. Because I know this movie my whole life, and I can still enjoy every second of it when I watch it, and I'm convinced that I still will enjoy it in the future. It's a straightforward fairy tale, with a very enjoyable primaly female cast, and a very impressive climax.
Honorable mention for "Mulan" btw...now that is a movie which was okay upon first watch, but I liked it more and more with every passing year. I guess, with better animation, it might be my favourite.

And to round that up: Pocahontas and PatF are substandart for Disney Princess movies Imho (not that they are bad movies in general), Aladdin is overrated, I respect Snow White and love some scenes from it, but as a whole, the movie has to many filler scenes to be enjoyable for me, and I love Cinderella and The little Mermaid, but I also noticed that I liked both movies more when I was younger.

Web though I love both Pocahontas and PATF more than I like some others, those two are the weakest Disney Princess Films. But they are better than most of the stuff that came out in the 2000s.

just saw this on the weekend and i liked it alot. Best one imo. Since it's one that still kept my attention at the age of 29. I can't sit through the other dp movies anymore-they're too boring and for kids.
