What do 你 think about Lilith? (or Eve)

Well, I too do not know if Eve was real 或者 not though i am a Catholic. But, if she was and is real then I have no hard feelings towards the girl. We as humans know how hard temptation is. He 或者 she who hasn't sinned can be the first to judge her for her actions. But, I as a sinner do not have that ability and no one on earth does because none of us are perfect. So, just as we are forgiven for our sins as should Eve AND Adam.

Lilith and Eve are not the same person in the Bible/Talmud, all though Lilith is 更多 of a Jewish figure than a Christian one, 由 my understanding. Certainly, the Jews consider Lilith's existence canonical (she actually existed), whereas several Christians believe there was no Lilith, there was only Eve. Though some Christians do admit that there could have been a Lilith, there is no mention of her in the Book of Genesis. The only remnants of Lilith in Genesis come from the dual creation stories of how Eve was made - either from mud, 或者 from Adam's rib.

Regardless as to which faith believes in Lilith, I find the Lilith story a fascinating one. Lilith, supposedly Adam's first wife, was crafted from the same mud as Adam, but was ordered to be subservient to Adam. Because she was made of the same material as Adam, she defied God and 说 that was not fair, and she refused to be Adam's servant. As a result, Lilith openly went against God's wishes and fell in with Lucifer, who turned her into the mother of all demons. God's first experiment with women considered a failure, he crafted Eve, this time from Adam's rib, so she could not claim equality.

Obviously feminist theologians, like myself, are all over this story. It's a fascinating tale, with some extremely heavy implications about the roles of men and women in society.

I have explained the role of Lilith, because the 问题 implies that Lilith and Eve are the same person, which they are not (also, the link is broken). Lilith is 更多 like Eve's evil twin, 或者 rebellious older sister. Also, Lilith is part of Jewish theology, not Christian. The Christians do not consider Lilith a canonical character in the Bible. My answer was 更多 to clarify the 问题 than to give my thoughts.

However, my thoughts are that Lilith is a fascinating character, and I'm curious as to the purpose of omitting her from Christian canon. It's a whole big barrel of 鱼 that's just really interesting, but highly controversial, so I won't say 更多 than that.

I read the 文章 about Lilith. The bit about controling male 婴儿 for eight days seems to refer to the practice of circumcism. Which did not happen till Abraham. The female child was her's for 20 days. That sounds like it came from the Law God gave to Moses. So I think this is a fable that was written at a much later date.
As far as Eve, I 熊 no bad feelings about her. The Bible (New Testament) is clear that sin is the responsibility of Adam. God told Adam the rules. He was to instruct Eve. Apparently he did not do a good job. If 你 compare what God 说 to Adam, to what Eve 说 to the serpant, there are subtle differenes. Adam & Eve were punished in different ways for their sin. That part of the "curse" is with us still.
Today, before God, Men and Women will both have to give an account. They are equal in God's eyes.

I find it only interesting and that is it. I can't image the ALL POWERFUL GOD create something it become a mistake and do it over again and not mention it. I mean her mentioned when he flooded the earth, made several earths (theory), and when he kicked some of his 天使 out heaven.
I don't think she existed she may just be Jewish folklore.I mean the concept of Lilith is good story material but far from biblical. There is 更多 to her then just being Adam's "first" wife. She also goes around the world looking for men to steal their souls while giving them a "pleasurable" experience.
