It's probably out of print, but maybe 你 can get an old copy of Cromartie High School on 亚马逊 或者 ebay. It's an 日本动漫 completely played for laughs--no drama getting in the way. It's bizarre, but I 爱情 it. It's about a "normal" kid who attends a school full of delinquents, including a gorilla and a robot who doesn't realize he's a robot. I can't do it justice here, but it's really funny.

Here's a recommendation: Stay the hell away from Hetalia. The "comedy" in that 日本动漫 is equivalent to that of the movie Soul Plane (in other words, completely unfunny and ridiculously offensive).
