Part 2
“Feeding time.” 说 one of the scientists. Humphrey licked his lips, but was careful not to get up. “It’s ok… I’ve deactivated the 领, 衣领 for now.” Came the scientist again. The scientist slid two plates into Humphrey and Kate’s cage. One contained 牛扒, 牛排 and the other water. A small amount of both however. The bare minimum… “You have 20 minutes. 你 are eating, then we are going to do some… Research… On 你 two.” Came the scientist, before exited the room, glancing at a scalpel. Humphrey whimpered. “It’s ok love… We’ll be ok…” Kate whispered, even though she didn’t believe herself.

“Why the fuck did I think this was a good idea…” Seth cursed, behind another metal blockage. He had 4 guards with rifles and 2 with pistols, firing at him, in a wide open area. The place was bigger than it looked. He looked over at the guard he just snuffed out a meter away. He inched towards it on his stomach. He reached into his pocket and found something that would benefit him. A frag. He pulled the pin, and tossed it, then leaping back behind the grate. He heard the explosion, screams, shrapnel flying everywhere and splatters. He looked back. Guards, splattered everywhere. Their blood at least. There was a stray arm in front of him, and the bodies had huge holes in them everywhere. One of the guards was still alive. Seth quickly ended the life of him with a shot to the head. He picked up 更多 glock ammo. He had no interest in a rifle. He had no where to put it and that would mean 更多 evidence if he touched it. “I don’t even know where I’m going…” Seth whispered when he was suddenly struck from behind.

Kate gorged herself on the meat. When she was finished, she began to slowly lap up the water in the metal bowl. It had a foul metallic tang to it but it was water none the less. Humphrey had finished his too. Ten 分钟 had gone by. Kate crawled to the edge of her cage. “It’ll be ok…” She 说 reassuringly. She stretched her paw through the cage as far as she could. Humphrey did the same and they held paws together, preparing for what was coming.

“Ow! Fuck!” Seth said, his back being pressed against the ground 由 an unknown assailant. “That’s right, keep your head to the ground…” Came a female voice. “What are 你 doing?” Seth asked, annoyed. “What are 你 doing here?” Asked the girl. Seth didn’t respond. She stomped on his back again. “Answer me!” She yelled. “Ow! Shit! I’m tring to rescue the two 狼 being held captive here!” Seth stammered. The girl immediately released her grip. “So am I!” She exclaimed. She held out her hand. Seth got up, grabbing her hand. “Ow…” Seth cursed, rubbing the back of his neck. Then he looked up and saw his assailant. A beautiful girl with silvery hair. “I’m Dawn.” She smiled. Seth nodded. “I’m Seth…” “How long have 你 been trying here?” She asked. “The facility? 或者 this clearing?” Seth replied. “The facility! I can’t seem to find the way down lower…” “For about 10 分钟 now… And total casualties, 7.” Seth replied, almost boasting. “Well I’ve killed over 50 here,” Dawn replied, cocking her G16 automatic pistol. “But they keep coming…” “I see… Well they’ve got to have a terminal somewhere… Where we can see the layout of the base…” Seth concluded. Dawn nodded in agreement. Just then, 10 更多 步枪 holding guards entered the clearing. They looked about, their two glasses wielding masks, 展示 no expression. “Oh my God…” One of them whispered, sounding all metallic from the mask. “They did this?” They asked, disbelieving. “Open fire!” They yelled. Then, the clearing erupted into hell.

Kate and Humphrey held their paws together for a while until the scientist came in. He opened up Kate’s cage. She didn’t hop out 或者 anything. She moved back into the cage farther. Then, the scientist grabbed Kate’s scruff and yanked her out. She yelped in pain as she was dropped onto the ground. “Come on!” The scientist yelled in a stern and gruff voice. Kate did as she was told, walking through the white and almost camouflaged door. “Kate!” Called Humphrey. No answer.

Kate began to struggle. She was picked up 由 the scientist. She clawed the Scientist’s chest. She was rewarded with a fist to the face. She then learned that she must not hurt the men. She was strapped down to a marble 表 lined with linen. Then, the scientist stepped back. Four different men walked into sight. They were all holding scalpels. “Wh-… What are 你 doing?” Kate asked, fear in her eyes. The men didn’t answer. Two just held her two arms, and the other two just leaned in closer with the scalpels. A tear dripped down her cheek.
