I really need advicee! pleasee!

i really want to go on a diet to lose weight...not a major one i know i dont need that i just want to lose 10 pounds . I'm 115 i want to go down to 105. but i know i can't do it alone. i want my mom to help me but i'm embarrased to talk to her about it, and i don't know what to do. any advice?

Some things that could help 你 out here:
1.) Take frequent walks, usually up to a half an 小时 或者 more. 你 can always build up the 分钟 日 由 day.
2.) Eat 更多 frequently, but in smaller portions.
3.) Let someone make your plate for you. What 你 have on your plate is what 你 get; no need to go for seconds.
4.) Eat foods that are high in water, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Other foods such as cabbage can fill 你 up too, but won't add a pound.
5.) How 你 feel about yourself is also a big factor, but not a lot of people see it that way. Stay confident and happy, and no matter what your weight is, be satisfied with who 你 are. Nothing should change the way of how 你 view yourself.
6.) If 你 don't want to do it alone, 你 don't have to. Ask some 老友记 to help 你 out; often doing things with someone will take your mind off of it, and then it'll seem much 更多 fun (and less like something 你 HAVE to do).
7.) Really really really important: DRINK A LOT OF WATER. Water is always good for the body, but 你 don't have to follow the "eight cups a day" rule. Who 说 你 had to do that? Forget about it and just drink as much water as 你 want. If 你 just want a cup 或者 two a day, then go ahead. At least have one, and that's all that I'd suggest -- and ask for.
8.) 你 could try exercising, but there's a difference between that and dieting: exercising = building muscle and losing some fat, but dieting = losing 更多 weight than that of working out.

Why would 你 want to loose weight? 你 sound perfectly healthy and skinny to me. I weigh 116, and i'm the skinniest out of all of my friends.

But, if 你 really want to, just tell your mom that 你 want to have a 更多 healthy variety of 食物 and to go on walks 或者 something similar.

you're 13 i am not good with pounds(as i use kg) but i know that i am about 119(which is like 54kg) and i am 17. So for a 13 年 old that's a pretty good weight, seriously 你 don't want to be a stick. I know 你 will probably say 'how would 你 know' 或者 something like that because i have always wanted to be thinner.
But anyways if 你 realy want to then i suggest exercising..(a lot) and cutting down on unhealthly foods(once is okay..but all the time is not good)
