I need help guys... :(

I suppose this can all be accounted for because of her age... I don't want to imply that all eleven year-olds are like this, but from what I've seen growing up, most of them are.

There's no reason for her to do all of these things if 你 haven't done anything to her, as 你 have explained. Children around this age start to feel the need of authority, and will attempt to establish it with almost any age. In doing this over the internet, she feels as if she has 更多 power; anyone would when they're cyber bullying someone. If no one can confront them face-to-face, why should they worry about it at all?

你 need to explain to her that she needs to grow up, and that you're obviously not going to put up with this. I know that 你 get pissed at what she says -- and I know the feeling, since I get mad at everything -- but 你 can't let yourself give in. If 你 do so, then she'll have established her little authority, and 移动 onto the 下一个 person. She most definitely won't forget about you, as she will make sure that she's still in control. In ignoring her and making sure she knows that this will not be tolerated, she should get bored.

Also, if some of the things she says is really rude (such as explicit profanities 或者 other signs of cyber bullying), she needs to know that this is an offense of civil law. Now don't take what I 说 and threaten her with it when I say this, but she can get into really big trouble; and computers can be traced. This is only necessary for the bigger offenses, not the minor ones.

I usually don't do this for someone, but if 你 can give me some proof of her doing this, then I might consider reporting her. I can't just go to someone and 报道 them for no reason. Please understand that; I don't mean to be rude. ^^;

its okay hon, all 你 have to do is tell her to stop, she may listen but if she doesn't, just stand up for yourself

I agree with Cibi-baka above me, however i would also like to say 你 could 报道 her cyber-bullying 你 to the F4 which 你 can contact here -> link

However 你 will need proof, as soon as 你 see anything she has 发布 which 你 class as bullying, press the prtscr (print screen) button on your keyboard and save the file to paint. 你 can then send this proof to the F4 if they need it. The only reason i tell 你 to print the screen and save what she has 说 in documentation is because posts/comments/wall posts can be deleted :)
