Bruise perhaps?

On my right leg (lower half) i've realised it's very tender as though bruised. When i touch it lightly/shave/or even pull up my socks it hurts in asbolute agony. I've been to my doctors and he says it's nothing. To take pain killers and 熊 with the pain. I have no marks on my leg (no bruisig) apart from a small dent on my shin.

In your own opinion (and i understand not all/none/ of 你 are professional)what do 你 think it is? Should i have demanded an x-ray?

I know it is not broken as i can still walk on it.
What do 你 think it is and what do 你 think it is, my doctor says it's nopthing yet i'm hiding in the toilets at work crying my eyes out due to the pain, but i can't afford time off.
