I've never had a problem with public speaking before, i'm nervous at the beginning but as soon as i start to roll i'm fine about. What 你 could do, is before 你 give your speech is breathe. Inhale, hold for three 秒 and exhale longer then 你 inhaled. This will slow your 心 rate, stop the adrenilin pumping through your system and calm 你 down. Make sure you're voice is clear and loud but not deafening. What 你 could do, to get the right volume, is ask a friend to sit/stand at the back of the hall a few days before the speech for a fraction of your speech and experiment with volumes. 你 don't want to be talking normally as no one will hear you, but 你 also don't want to scream out the words. Find what's best for you. Walk around a little, but always keep your face and voice pointed to your audience, 或者 at least to the side if 展示 them something. Emphasise with your hands. If something is particularly important, hammer it in 由 connecting your hands together etc. Visual aids - do 你 mean to help 你 remember what you're talking about 或者 to 显示 them what 你 mean? To help 你 remember 你 could write on your hand the beginning of a sentance, 或者 code words for certain subjects. Print out a sheet of paper with different little pictures for each subject 你 want to cover and just carry around with you/place it on a 表 so if 你 get stuck 你 can calmly walk up to it (don't forget to continue talking) and sneak a peek before 你 begin your 下一个 subject. To help them understand what 你 mean, have 你 thought of a slide-show? 或者 even better, getting a friend to help and actually bring a house-trained dog to 显示 what 你 mean.
