24 is in my opinion the best show ever created. It never fails to deliver and always goes somewhere they, the creators and actors, have never gone before. For me, this year and last year's seasons have been thrilling and I DON'T WANT IT TO END! All good things come to an end, yes, but not now. They need to do a season 9. The show is so popular. Ratings are down, but I think the ratings are also reflective of the fact that television viewing in general is down now that there is internet and DVD's of the whole season. Get my point?!
I just have to say that I love how the person pointed out the trilogy thing. The fact that they are ending at season 8 and not finishing the trilogy has been REALLY bothering me. A lot. Like in an OCD way. It would make my life if they did just 1 more season.
