Yeah, they live together and even if they don't I highly doubt that he would leave her alone and sick on Thanksgiving - probably Kat and Candise dropped off meals. As for Ian, he is all about family and he didn't go to spend the holiday with his family because Nina is sick and he didn't want to leave her alone.
