No. Just because a zombie Apocalypse was hypothetically happening, I wouldn't want to lose my humanity. Sacrificing someone who was able bodied and healthy who hasn't been infected is wrong. (because if you're going to use someone as bait, the likelyhood of their survival would decrease greatly)
I know staying numb is the key to survival, but I honestly do not think I would be able to live with myself, sacrificing an innocent person to save myself.
