Sans is really neat but papyrus is so sweet I mean when he fights with you he wont kill you he will lower you to 1 hp and put you in his garage. I mean look at every other character Toriel will kill you and she's like your mother!
He just dosn't have the hart to kill "he's just to nice." *undyne quote* Undyne wont let him into the royal guard because of he would just get ripped into smiling shreds!(and if you think about it that actually does happen when you kill him)
