No. He knows that there is something strange about them and that they are not humans, but he does not find out that they are vampires. He is on a 'Need to know' basis. Which basically means he knows very little.

Yea Twilight_fan_8 is right he only knows jacob is a werewolf but he is still on a need to know basis.
